No.15 Wine Bar, Alderley Edge

Designers of the PDI office have not stopped since coming back from the Christmas break. From a Burger Bar in Manchester to a pop-up retail park. But I think the most exciting has to be the re-invention of the famous No.15 Wine Bar, Alderly Edge. To many this is known as the landmark that made South Manchester what it is today. Therefore means it will have to be extra spectacular for it to live up to its expectations.
It is for the same client, Living Ventures as our previous project 'The Oast House' and will be the second edition to their 'New World Pub Company'.
It will have many similarities to The Oast House such as the BBQ for Alfresco dining and many reclaimed materials and furniture to be used throughout. But at the same time be very different with a different theme of an old Botanist.

  2. Apologies for the late reply Ian, work was put on hold briefly whilst we were awaiting building regs approval. We are now back to work and aiming for an opening date towards the end of September.
