Smugglers Cove, Albert Docks

So we have finally begun work on site for The Smuggler Cove.
We are ahead of schedule with the rip out complete and we are getting on with the build.
All sourcing of props and furniture is complete after many trips all over the country to reclamation yards, antique auctions and various other places. We got off to a slow start but eventually came across some very special pieces. Sneak Peak below....

Liverpool Docks

PDI's next site will be in the beautiful Albert Docks in Liverpool. We are in the process of designing a new scheme to add to the list of 'The New World Pub Company' pubs. It will be very different to The Oast House and The Botanist, with a more fitting nautical theme.
More information will be coming soon......

The Long Bar, Manchester

Tomorrow, 25th May is the opening of our latest creation, The Long Bar. It is situated on Hardman Square in Spinningields, Manchester.
It sits on the edge of our newly reconfigured lawn. There's still a way to go till completion as we have been under an almost impossible timeline but we will be sure to have it ready for the opening.

The Long Bar, Hardman Square

We have had to keep very quiet about this, but finally all has been revealed that there is to be another Paul Danson Imagineered bar in the centre of Spinningfields. Unlike The Oast House, The Long Bar will be of a more contempory style. It sits next to the newly designed lawns in Hardman Square and will be perfect for the summer evenings.

See below for a time-lapse video of the build:

The Botanist, Trinity Leeds

After the success of the botanist, Alderley Edge Living Ventures were keen to take the botanist brand to Leeds. That we have achieved with The Botanist, no. 2 opening in Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre on Thursday 28th March.

The first Botanist is situated right in the hustle and bustle of alderley edge, the second  location is very special. Tucked away down a quiet passage behind the trinity church sits an entrance with a statement. A sculptural Lilly Pad Pond canopy with al fresco dining and the open kitchen pass so you can smell the food from their stunning menu from down the street. It definitely gives The Botanist, Alderley a run for its money.

Everything you can see and touch is bespoke, all the timber is handpicked from reclaimed timber yards; the metal work has been designed and produced specifically for the project. All the light fittings are unique and carefully designed emulating a botanical twist.

The furnitures arrived, Pictures are up and the Cabinets are dressed

The Paul Danson Imagineering design team have been working away on The Botanist Trinity Leeds site, adding all the magic. We sourced some antique feature brackets possitioned to hold up the ceiling beams which look amazing.
